I had a great experience at the Minnesuing Acres Women's Running Retreat that I attended last weekend. Last Saturday, I “ran” the Imogene Pass Run and it was intense. I put the word “ran” in quotations because no one except the elite runners at this race actually run the whole thing. The majority of participants hike a significant portion of this run. The Imogene Pass Run is a 17.1 mile race from Ouray, CO to Telluride, CO over the Imogene Pass. Weekly Recap & the Minnesota State Fair!

Another week of training for the Richmond Marathon is complete! Here's how it all went down. Monday: 2 mile warmup, 8x300m sprints, 90 second recovery in between each, 2 mile cool down.
