Cheers to running outside! Though my paces were slower than normal, I got outside for all but 10 out of 60 miles of running. Yay! Another week of winter running complete...It wasn't my strongest week, but here's the recap: Monday: 6 miles at an 8:58 min/mile pace outside. Hello! It's time for my weekly recap of training for the Antarctica Marathon (and life in general.) Here we go: Monday: New Year's Day!
