Weekly Recap: A Cutback Week and a 10k
Another week has passed. It's time for my weekly recap! This week was actually pretty light on running. My coach had me "taper" a bit for the 10k I raced on Saturday. He cut back on my mileage and my workouts (only one this week) to prepare. Fits Do Race Reviews: The Ron Daws 25k
This past Saturday, I ran the Ron Daws 25k. This was my 3rd year running this race. I ran it in 2013 as a training run for the Newport Marathon and I ran it in 2014 as a training run for the Flying Pig Marathon. Start Line: The race starts at 8 am at a church parking lot in Hopkins.
