The theme of this week was definitely run commuting! Every one of my weekday runs was a run commute. I've mentioned it before, but the only reason it works so well for me is because my husband works in the same building as me in downtown Minneapolis. I am able to stash all my stuff (work clothes, work bag/laptop) in his car the night before. Then I don't have to carry anything while running. I Continue Reading
Weekly Recap: 5 Weeks Until the Indianapolis Marathon
I missed my weekly recap last weekend. I guess that my training recap from 6 weeks until Indianapolis will forever remain a mystery! I don't think I've ever missed a recap before, but I figure it doesn't make sense to squeeze it all into one long recap, so I'm just moving on to this week's recap... But before I dive into my recap, be sure to check out my friend Vicki's guest post about Continue Reading

Other big news of the week Continue Reading

I’ve gone through it two times - doing it two different ways - and both had their unique Continue Reading

Weekly recap time! I’m linking up with Kimberly and Deborah for their weekly wrap, details at the end of this post. This was a tough week; I felt like so many factors were working against me and I had to work twice as hard to adhere to my training schedule. For example, Dustin was traveling all week for work, so I was a single dog mom (which is actually a lot of work with a puppy!) We had Continue Reading
