Weekly Recap: Thank Goodness for the Treadmill!
All I can say about this week is thank goodness for my treadmill. Minneapolis was hit this week with a CRAZY cold spell- cold even for Minneapolis. Combined with a very long and busy work at week (I ended up with 65 hours at the office- that's a lot for me), I didn't have a ton of time to do much more than squeeze in my miles early in the morning in the basement on the Landice. Fitting Remarks: How We Chose Our Treadmill.
After many years of wishing for one, we finally purchased a treadmill! Hallelujah! . It's my new best friend (after Matilda, of course.) We are going to be spending a lot of time together, this treadmill and me. And so far, so good! No one to hover over my shoulder waiting for their turn, no reset at 60 minutes.
