More Cape Town pics 🥰 Hiking in Cape Town (after giving the legs a few days off post marathon 😆) We first hiked Table Mountain via the India Venster route (with a guide, def recommend as the route isn’t clear and it includes exposed areas + staples and chains- I was outside of my comfort zone!) and then Lions Head on our own (much easier!) The guide was also key as I wasn’t aware of Blister Bush (Notobubon galbanum- sounds very nasty!)

After the Cape Town marathon, we spent two nights

After the Cape Town marathon, we spent two nights at Leeu Wine Estate in Franschhoek (wine country outside of Cape Town), including a day on the wine tram. The wine tram has multiple routes; we chose the orange line. Gorgeous weather, great wines, fun post-marathon celebration!

We opted not to go on safari in South Africa on this trip but we still saw plenty of wildlife! African penguins Boulder’s Beach, ostriches on the Cape of Good Hope and baboons on Chapman’s Peak drive!
